Description du poste :Rattaché à la Direction Qualité Globale, il/elle participe, en collaboration avec la DSI du Groupe, au développement et au maintien du système de management de la qualité des systèmes informatisés de l'ensemble des sites, filiales, entités et sous-traitants du Groupe Mayoly. Il/Elle est garant de l'état validé des systèmes informatisés (SI) et l'intégrité des données (Data Integrity) conformément aux exigences du Groupe et à la réglementation en vigueur.
Les principales missions :
- Création et mise à jour des politiques et procédures Qualité en lien avec son périmètre
- Approbation des politiques et procédures IT en lien avec son périmètre
- Participation à la rédaction du Plan Directeur de Validation des systèmes informatisés
- Approbation des livrables de validation des systèmes informatisés (Plan de Validation, URS, Analyses de Risques, QI, QO, QP...) et de qualification des infrastructures du Groupe
- Assure une veille réglementaire pour son périmètre et la mise en conformité associée
- Apporte son support au processus de formation du personnel en lien avec la validation des systèmes informatisés et l'intégrité des données
- Préparation et participation aux inspections, audits de certification et audits de partenaires pour son périmètre
- Suivi qualité, évaluation et qualification des prestataires et sous-traitants IT
- Réalisation des audits internes et externes en lien avec son périmètre
- Suivi des déviations et CAPA en lien avec son périmètre
- Suivi des changements relatifs aux systèmes informatisés, infrastructures, prestataires et sous-traitants IT
- Approbation des revue périodiques systèmes informatisés conformément au plan annuel
- Participe à la définition de la stratégie de Data Integrity du Groupe et à la rédaction des procédures associées. Apporter son support dans la mise en place et la mise en conformité des exigences Data Integrity au sein des services impactés
- Participe également à la réalisation d'activités, projets et objectifs qualité conformément aux procédures, à la réglementation en vigueur et au besoin du département
- Formation de type Ingénieur, Master, Pharmacien ou Scientifique avec une expérience de minimum 5 ans dans l'industrie pharmaceutique à un poste similaire
- Connaissance approfondie de la réglementation notamment GAMP 5, FDA 21 CFR Part 11 et EU GMP Annexe 11
- Compétences en administration fonctionnelle d'outils informatiques pharmaceutiques
- Connaissance des processus pharmaceutiques et outils informatiques associés
- Bon niveau d'anglais (écrit, parlé)
- Maîtrise des logiciels liés aux activités pharmaceutiques (eDMS, eQMS, LMS, RIM, ERP...)
- Argumenter, rédiger, évaluer et/ou analyser tous types de documents en rapport avec l'activité
- Capacité à prendre des décisions et collaborer avec les autres services
- Expérience en gestion de projet (méthodologie et outils) et Lean Management
- Travail en équipes pluridisciplinaires
