IT SUPPLY CHAIN PROJECT MANAGER
The IT Supply Chain Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing various projects from initial feasibility studies to full operational deployment, collaborating with all relevant stakeholders.
- Direct and deliver application solutions for the Production & Quality sector, ensuring seamless integration into the information system and comprehensive documentation (specifications).
- Assess, analyze, and advocate for business requirements for new IT initiatives or major revisions.
- Identify issues and implement necessary business and application adjustments.
- Recommend application enhancements or investigate new technologies aligned with the established IT strategy.
- Offer methodological guidance to operational teams and ensure adherence to suggested practices.
- Track benefits realized post-implementation of actions/projects and identify discrepancies along with corrective action plans.
Validation Responsibilities
- Facilitate quality validation of computerized systems as required.
- Develop validation plans and risk assessments in collaboration with business experts.
- Draft and execute Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ).
Project Management Duties
- Identify projects to be undertaken within the continuous improvement framework in the domain.
- Oversee all projects within the domain and guide the implementation of new functionalities, both functionally and technically, including testing phases.
- Act as a team member or project manager for ongoing initiatives.
- Collaborate with various service providers and monitor their contributions (deliverables, timelines, budget).
- Provide regular updates to superiors and business stakeholders.
Candidate Profile:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or Business with a focus on Information Systems.
- At least 3 years of experience in a comparable position.
- Proficient in office software.
- Understanding of enterprise processes and related systems within the activity domain.
- Expertise in ERP D365.
- Experience in project management methodologies and tools.
- Background in integrating various systems within the activity domain.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Adept at analyzing and synthesizing information.
- Customer-focused and results-oriented.
- Decisive with strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional analytical and proposal skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Experience in validation processes for computer systems.
