_Your Role:
_
_ Fundraisings_
- In conjunction with the Head of Investor Relations and top management, structuring the Retail practice at ARCHIMED, especially by developing products allowing Retail investors to commit in ARCHIMED's funds.
- Support the strategizing, planning, and execution of Retail fundraisings, including market analysis, preparation of all fund marketing materials (including VDR, pitch decks, PPM, DDQ, etc.), and legal and fund structuring and partnershipformation with various providers.
- Proactively expand the firm's network of Retail investor relationships, directly as well as by enabling the firm leadership, to bring a constant focus on deepening existing investor relationships as well as identifying and cultivating prospective new investor relationships.
- Promote the continual articulation of the story of the firm's unique team, strategy, performance and impact to the investor community; attend key investor conferences and events, and be an articulate spokesperson for the firm, exemplifying its values and vision.
- On an ongoing basis before and throughout fundraisings, support the development and execution of formal fundraising pitches and roadshowtype activities.
_IR Operations_
- Responsible for the operation of the firm's IR program, such as quarterly and yearly funds and coinvestment reporting (working closely with Finance, Impact, and Investment Teams), LP requests, LP secondary transfers, etc.
- Lead the planning and execution of the firm's annual Investor Annual General Meeting (AGM), working closely with the Communications team.
_Aptitudes and Skills we look for:_
- _Experienced IR professional_
- Relevant experience(s) in Wealth Management or Retail fundraisings.
- _Financial Acumen_
- Comfortable using modelling and frameworks to analyze deals and trackrecord and be able to provide quality financial due diligence to investors.
- Good knowledge of the market practices, existing products, legal structures, etc.
- Persistent and resourceful in finding industry and investor information. Can translate voluminous data into valuable information.
- Processes information and makes decisions in a fastpaced environment. Can effectively manage conflicting demands rather than reacting to them. Ability to work under pressure, with strong communication, and analytic skills.
- _Communication Skills_
- Able to articulate complex situations, such as industry dynamics or deal structures, in logical, factual, and clear terms, both verbally and in writing.
- Inspires professionalism and confidence in relationships within ArchiMed and if required with investee companies. Maintains intellectual honesty by valuing other's input and points of view. Proactively solicit opinions and ideas. Positive and cando attitude. Capable of working both independently and in close team dynamics.
