Au sein de la division Grains & Capsules qui commercialise la marque de café « Café Joyeux » auprès des entreprises, l'Account Manager B2B est rattaché au Responsable Grands Comptes sur le segment des opérateurs de la restauration d'entreprise (Sodexo, Compass, Elior, Samsic, ISS, ). Il est le spécialiste de la relation client. Il a pour mission d'accompagner le Responsable Grands Compte en étant garant de la Fidélisation Client. Il gère les comptes clients existants mais aussi les nouveaux clients signés.

Travaillant main dans la main, tous deux reportent au Directeur Grands Comptes B2B - GMS - CHR & Inside.
- Gestion opérationnelle et administrative de comptes clientsLes rencontrer en duo puis en autonomie

Mettre à jour la base de données commerciale dans Hubspot
Traiter et passer les commandes
Suivre les KPIs (CA facturé)
Faire des rapports de mesures d'impact pour les clients
Assurer la coordination avec le Service Client
- Organiser les animations de lancement pour les nouveaux clients signés et reprendre la gestion du compte post-siganture.
- Analyser les résultats des comptes existants et être force de proposition sur un plan d'actions si nécessaire.

Afin d'être accompagné au mieux dans la prise de vos fonctions d'account manager B2B, vous serez accompagné sur les points suivants:

- Présentation des services connexes au département commercial.
- Découvrir et maitriser le fonctionnement de la mission de Café Joyeux : Mission, Inclusion, Café, Thé, Machines
- Découvrir et maitriser le process opérationnel et administratif (Excel + Hubspot + Prestashop)

Votre joyeux profil:

- Niveau Bac +4/5 avec une première expérience en Account Management
- Connaissance des outils : Hubspot, PrestaShop et pack Office (Excel, PPt)
- Avoir la fibre commerciale
- Bon relationnel client
- Capacité d'adaptation
- Savoir travailler en équipe et en mode agile

Type d'emploi : Stage
Durée du contrat : 6 mois

Salaire : 1 111,00€ à 1 367,00€ par mois
