Propriétaire du processus de changement, coordonnant avec tous les partenaires du client les activités liées au changement.
Gérer toutes les versions majeures de production / hors production en étroite interaction avec toutes les équipes Infra / Projet / Business et Platform.
Assurez-vous que toutes les versions globales sont gérées sans aucun conflit avec le droit
Communication et coordination entre toutes les parties impliquées.
Préparer l'ordre du jour, les rapports et animer les comités consultatifs sur les changements (CAB), les revues après la mise en œuvre (PIR) et les ECAB (changements d'urgence)
Travailler sur l'amélioration continue tant au niveau des processus
Fournir un aperçu mensuel du service et d'autres rapports liés au processus de gestion des changements
Organiser une réunion de coordination des versions pour comprendre l'état des projets en cours, les versions majeures, etc.
Gérer la plate-forme Service Now pour le processus de changement (intégration avec toutes les équipes informatiques pour aider au flux de travail des tickets)

Profil recherché

Minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de gestion du changement + certification ITIL

Le poste est basé à Clermont.

Bac+ 5 souhaité mais pas bloquant

LANGUES- SAVOIR-ÊTRE- SAVOIR-FAIRECertification ITIL
