AIRBUS Avionics is a human-size entity (550 FTE), chamber of Reference for Avionics Equipments which designs, develops, manufactures & supports a wide panel of strategic products (Flight Control Computers, Flight Warning Computers, Air Traffic System, Radome...) on all AIRBUS Aircrafts Programs & on ATR.

You will join the "Customer Support & Services" department of AIRBUS Avionics, in charge of supporting 300+ Customers (Airlines, Maintenance organizations (MRO), ATR, Brokers...) on Avionics & Radome products and rated 1st for the last 7 years for its performances in the frame of the Airbus Customer Support Supplier Rating survey with Airlines.

Your challenge:

As Customer Support Product Leader, you will be the focal point for Airlines operations support regarding a dedicated product portfolio.

Through your activities on Aircraft Operations and on your Products portfolio, by sharing related information/topics and on top of your support activities, you will have the great opportunity to contribute in some design and manufacturing initiatives, aiming on an end-to-end basis, to improve the Airbus Avionics global products performances.

Your missions :

In this strategic position for the Department, you will notably :

  • Technically interface with Customers (Airlines..) and be accountable for ensuring them a high level of technical support and services.
  • Closely collaborate with your colleagues within the Commercial team and with Customer order desk officers having a collective objective to ensure Customers Satisfactions in the AIRBUS Avionic Products and support performances.
  • Be the voice of Airline customers within AIRBUS Avionics & Simulation domain regarding Technical topics.
  • Be accountable for analyzing products behavior (for dedicated Customers and worldwide).
  • Technically interact with OEMs (as Tiers 2) & other Airbus functions (S, 1SY, ...)
  • Participate in equipment developments and improvement activities (Design to services) to support the introduction of new standards and update process and training documents.
  • Lead training sessions to Customers on your Product Portfolio for line maintenance and shop repair topics.

This role may involve some yearly business trips worldwide and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Vos challenges:

En tant que responsable produit au sein du département de support client d'AIRBUS Avionics, vous serez le point focal du support opérationnel des compagnies aériennes en charge d'un portefeuille de produits dédié.

Dans ce poste stratégique pour le Département, vous allez notamment :

  • Etre l'interface technique des clients (Compagnies aériennes) et à ce titre serez responsable d'offrir un haut niveau de support et de services.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec vos collègues de l'équipe commerciale dans un objectif commun d'assurer la satisfaction des clients et un support performant autour pour des produits avioniques d'AIRBUS .
  • Être la voix des clients des compagnies aériennes dans le domaine AIRBUS Avionics & Simulation concernant des sujets techniques.
  • Être responsable de l'analyse du comportement des produits (pour les clients dédiés et dans le monde entier).
  • Être l'interface technique avec les OEM (en tant que Tiers 2) / le service client Airbus / les autres services d'AIRBUS Avionics et les clients.
  • Fournir des informations/analyses/directives techniques aux clients.
  • Participer aux activités de développement et d'amélioration des équipements (de la conception aux service après vente) pour soutenir l'introduction de nouveaux produits et mettre à jour les processus et les documents de formation.
