Technical Support Engineer F/H
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled technical support engineer to enhance our software support team. Your primary responsibilities will involve aiding clients with software setup and integration, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, collaborating with technical consultants and sales personnel, engaging closely with R&D for product enhancements, and producing technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in software installation and integration processes
- Investigate and troubleshoot software-related issues
- Work in conjunction with technical consultants and sales teams
- Collaborate with R&D to drive product improvements
- Create and maintain technical documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- At least 3 years of experience in software support, development, or maintenance
Ideal Candidate:
- Proficient in software development tools (Jenkins, Azure, Git, SVN, etc.)
- Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems and related technologies
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to convey complex ideas
- Proficient in English
