Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic students to join our dedicated team at Samsic Groupe in a part-time capacity as Telecommunications Advisors.
In this role, you will be an integral part of our customer support operations, where your main duties will include:
- Managing both incoming and outgoing communications,
- Identifying and assigning healthcare professionals based on the needs of various establishments,
- Overseeing the scheduling and assignment of healthcare professionals (including managing absences and replacements),
- Ensuring satisfaction for both clients and temporary staff.
These responsibilities will be performed in a collaborative open-space environment.
