La start-up cherche un.e Head of People pour gérer et structurer sa fonction RH et faire de cette dernière une entreprise attractive où les talents s'épanouissent dans la durée.
L'entreprise prévoit de passer de 50 à 100 salariés en un an
En tant que Head of People, vous serez responsable de l'élaboration et de l'exécution de la stratégie de recrutement avec les managers, de vous assurer que chaque talent est responsabilisé et de promouvoir la culture d'entreprise au sein de l'équipe et à l'externe. Vous ferez également partie de la stratégie globale en tant que membre de l'équipe de Direction.
MISSIONS :
Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de recrutement innovantes pour attirer les meilleurs talents.
Participer au recrutement des premiers profils internationaux à l'étranger.
Concevoir et exécuter des programmes de développement et formation des salariés pour favoriser la progression professionnelle.
Établir des processus de gestion de la performance pour évaluer et soutenir les progrès des employés.
Promouvoir une culture d'entreprise positive et inclusive en adéquation avec les valeurs de l'organisation.
Répondre aux problèmes et préoccupations des employés pour assurer leur bien-être et leur satisfaction.
Faciliter une communication efficace entre la direction et les employés.
Nous recherchons un candidat exceptionnel qui possède un mélange unique de réflexion stratégique, d'expertise en ressources humaines et d'une capacité à répondre aux exigences d'une entreprise en pleine expansion.
EXPERIENCE :
Si vous avez une expérience avérée en RH, en Conseil ou en Entrepreneuriat RH, et que vous êtes passionné par l'idée de contribuer au succès d'une scale-up en pleine croissance, ce poste est fait pour vous
Savoir-faire : au moins 10 ans d'expériences en RH, idéalement avec une partie dans une startup technologique avec un volet international
vous avez une excellente maîtrise des sujets RH
vous avez défini et mis en œuvre des process et outils RH et administratifs performants et faciles à utiliser pour l'équipe
vous êtes attaché.e à faire vivre une culture d'entreprise dans un contexte de croissance
vous avez déjà managé et êtes attaché.e à coacher vos équipes pour qu'elles s'épanouissent et montent en compétence
vous êtes bilingue anglais pour gérer les sujets RH liés au développement international de la start- up
Savoir-être :
vous avez une intelligence relationnelle et émotionnelle très développée qui vous permet de comprendre rapidement les enjeux humains de l'équipe et d'apporter des solutions
Vous travaillez facilement en équipe pour imbriquer les enjeux RH dans les différentes équipes et à différents niveaux de l'organisation et vous assurer d'un bon niveau d'alignement entre les parties
vous êtes autonome, , structuré.e et organisé.e pour garantir le respect de la réglementation sociale et mener à bien les différents projets RH
vous avez la capacité de rentrer dans le détail mais aussi de prendre du recul et de synthétiser
vous êtes pour bien comprendre l'activité et l'organisation de l'entreprise et vous savez rendre des sujets complexes pédagogiques pour interagir facilement avec différentes équipes
vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils et cherchez à rendre l'équipe RH efficace et à simplifier le quotidien des autres équipes
Formation : BAC+5 ou supérieur en ressources humaines, école de commerce ou IEP.
