KEY RESPONSIBILITIES | Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager of People Analytics who is enthusiastic about transforming intricate datasets into clear, actionable insights. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will play a pivotal role in utilizing data to enhance and innovate our HR processes. This position uniquely combines data science, HR knowledge, and leadership, focusing on using data to guide strategic decisions and improve operational efficiencies.

As the Senior Manager of People Analytics, you will:

  • Advanced Analytics and Reporting: Create and sustain advanced reporting tools, including Power BI dashboards, to deliver actionable insights to the HR department and executive leadership.
  • Strategic Data Management: Lead the management, analysis, and application of HR data, particularly in HRIS, Compensation and Benefits, and Recruitment, to facilitate strategic decision-making.
  • Leadership and Development: Mentor the HR Data Analyst, cultivating a culture of professional development, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Innovative Predictive Modeling: Utilize machine learning and predictive analytics to advance forward-thinking HR strategies, especially in areas such as employee retention, engagement, and success.
  • Financial Analysis: Leverage financial acumen to assess and interpret HR data concerning budgeting, cost management, and financial forecasting to support strategic HR initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for the Senior Manager of People Analytics will possess:

  • A solid background in data analysis tools, particularly Power BI, and HRIS systems or their equivalents.
  • Outstanding communication abilities, capable of translating complex data into clear, actionable insights and identifying relevant data metrics.
  • A collaborative mindset, thriving in dynamic settings and contributing to a culture of innovation.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in team management and mentorship.
  • A strong financial background, including relevant education and experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost management.
