Mission : En tant que Head of Application Manager, vous serez chargé(e) de définir la stratégie et de superviser la gestion des applications de l'entreprise. Vous dirigerez les équipes d'Application Managers pour assurer la stabilité, la performance et l'innovation continues de nos applications. Responsabilités:
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie globale de gestion des applications en alignement avec les objectifs de l'entreprise.
- Superviser les équipes responsables de la maintenance, de la mise à jour et de l'optimisation des applications existantes.
- Collaborer avec les équipes de développement pour assurer le déploiement efficace de nouvelles applications.
- Garantir la sécurité et la conformité des applications aux normes en vigueur.
- Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs de solutions applicative externes.
- Rationnaliser le paysage applicatif (global et local) existant en alignement avec la stratégie globale
Profil:
• Expérience significative dans un rôle de direction lié à la gestion des applications.
• Connaissance approfondie des technologies applicatives et des tendances du marché.
• Capacité à élaborer des stratégies innovantes pour améliorer les performances et la qualité des applications.
• Leadership affirmé, aptitude à diriger et à motiver des équipes multidisciplinaires.
• Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion des relations avec les parties prenantes. Qualifications:
• Diplôme universitaire en informatique, génie logiciel ou domaine connexe.
• Expérience démontrée dans la gestion réussie de portefeuilles d'applications complexes.
• Certification dans la gestion des applications ou domaine similaire est un plus.
