**Description du Poste**:
**Votre future équipe** : Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités et rattaché(e) à Charles, notre Responsable d'Activité, vous intervenez en tant que **Contract Manager H/F** pour notre client spécialisés dans le domaine de l'énergie.
**Vos missions** : Rattaché(e) à la DSI de notre client, vous êtes en charge des activités contractuelles liées aux projets. A ce titre, vos missions au quotidien consiste à:
Contribuer au déploiement des outils de pilotage contractuel.
Analyser les écarts, les retards et les inefficacités, en identifiant les liens causaux.
Assurer le suivi et le respect des obligations contractuelles de l'Entreprise et du Cocontractant.
Participer au pilotage financier du contrat, incluant le reporting, et contrôler les sujets contractuels à enjeux identifiés.
Actualiser et piloter les outils et indicateurs en continu.

**Profil**:
**Vos atouts et les prérequis pour réussir**:
- Diplômé(e) d'un Bac+5 ou issu d'une école d'ingénieur, vous justifiez de 5 à 10ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la gestion de contrats, sur des projets IT.
- Vos connaissances en contrats IT ne sont plus à démontrer et vous maitrisez les mécanismes contractuels basiques (Marchés Publics, Marchés Privés, CPA/CGA,)
- Vous êtes analytique, agile, rigoureux(se), proactif(ve), orienté(e) client et passionné(e) par le monde du projet
- Vous comprenez l'exigence liée à la posture « Consulting / Conseil »
