Job summary


The OVHcloud Brand team is looking for a talented Art Director to help develop and implement the global brand strategy with purpose and in lockstep with our corporate strategic business aspirations and go-to market plans.

This individual will play a key role in building the foundation for creative transformation of OVHcloud as a strategic asset for the overall company.


The Art Director works cross-functionally to deliver one, holistic global creative experience hand in hand with the other creative teams (Product Design, Content Marketing and Cluster teams), and help fuel marketing, digital sales, website and other go-to market programs that will support OVHcloud growth.


Your main responsibilities

  • Design, produce and supervise the creation of online and offline visuals for various teams at OVHcloud including Digital campaign assets, Ebooks, White papers, Booth design, Illustrations, Print assets, Icons, Goodies, templates
  • Guaranty consistency and be the protector of our visual identity across all touch points: website, digital campaign assets, events, internal and external activations.
  • Advise and support our internal teams and external agencies on everything related to our visual identity
  • Propose and participate in the OVHcloud visual identity's evolution
  • Lead monthly meeting, for planning and sync with various teams to ensure creative alignment across clusters and channels
  • Ability to educate, communicate, and present to team members at various levels within the organization
  • Project manage critical initiatives across the team and collaborate with local teams
  • Evaluate tools, process, and governance model to ensure scalability and adherence to managing as one brand
  • Conduct ongoing measurement to gauge content effectiveness and make recommendations based on those results. Work with owners of content and communication media to revise and measure content impact.

  • You will work as part of the Brand team composed of a Graphic designer, a Creative copywriter and a Brand manager
  • You promote the attractiveness and visibility of the brand and monitor trends to ensure that our practices evolve
  • You are proactive, anticipating the highlights and impact of projects in relation to business priorities.
  • You break down silos, support and collaborate with different teams throughout the company including Social media, Product Marketing, Digital sales, Content and others to drive alignment on projects and initiatives

Required skills

  • Fluent English and French
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience leading creative projects, some of which should have been at or in support of B2B tech companies
  • Experienced as a 360° brand designer (digital and event), especially on digital campaigns, creating and updating brand guidelines
  • Looking at the big picture by keeping on eye current design trends, being curious and conducting benchmarks
  • Rigorous and everything you produce is pixel perfect and ready to use
  • Excel at juggling multiple projects, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, staying organized and prioritizing deadlines
  • Ability to navigate in complex environments and federate crossfunctional teams
  • Embraces and leads change
  • Positive, and energetic attitude
