Tes missions seront:
- la gestion des recrutements : screening calls, score cards, recueil des besoins, rédaction et publication d'offres d'emploi, mise en place de procédures et best practice
- la marque employeur : faire briller et développer notre marque employeur (tes idées sont les bienvenues)
- la participation au talent management et à la mise en place de politiques RH
- la veille en droit social sur l'ensemble des sujets pouvant concerner Witco et ses activités.
