**MISSIONS**
Rattaché(e) au Directeur Administratif et Financier, vous jouerez un rôle central, contribuant activement aux tâches suivantes:
**Comptabilité / Facturation**:
- Gestion des achats et fournisseurs (enregistrement et validation des achats, règlements)
- Gestion des factures clients, analyse des coûts
- Suivi des encaissements et relances, pointage bancaire
- Interface avec le cabinet comptable
- En lien avec la personne en charge de l'administration des ventes, suivi administratif de l'activité, des exports (95% d'exports sur les ventes)
- Suivi des ventes (TVA/Hors taxe) et récupération des justificatifs
**Gestion administrative / Gestion courante**:
- Soutien au suivi administratif et opérationnel (salariés, gestion des bureaux, etc.)
- Gestion des déplacements & des évènements des équipes et fournisseurs (Showrooms à New-York / Los-Angeles / Milan, etc)
Liste de missions non exhaustive pouvant être adaptée à votre niveau d'implication / de compétence.
**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**
**Un excellent niveau en anglais est indispensable afin d'échanger avec les fournisseurs et clients étrangers.**
Une formation en école de commerce serait un plus.
Vous avez une première expérience réussie sur un poste similaire. Vous savez réaliser de la facturation client et fournisseurs.
Qualités attendues:
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et capacité à prioriser les tâches
- Excellentes compétences en communication : capacités rédactionnelles et aisance à l'oral
- Force de proposition et capacité à travailler de manière autonome
- Polyvalence et capacité d'adaptation
- Maîtrise du pack office
**CONDITIONS**
- CDI - à partir de 40K € brut (selon profil)
- Poste ouvert au télétravail (à partir de 1 jour par semaine et en fonction des impératifs, une fois l'autonomie sur le poste acquise)
