Partenaire de rang 1 des grands donneurs d'ordre industriels (Airbus, BAE Systems, Boeing, Bombardier, Dassault Aviation, Embraer, Honda Aircraft Company, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon Technologies, Thales), Latecoere sert le secteur aérospatial avec des solutions innovantes pour un monde durable. Le Groupe intervient dans tous les segments de l'industrie aérospatiale (commercial, régional, d'affaires, défense, spatial), dans deux domaines d'activités : Aérostructures (portes, fuselage, voilure et empennage, bielles) et Systèmes d'interconnexion (câblage, meubles avioniques, équipements embarqués, produits électroniques). Le Groupe employait, au 31 décembre 2023, 5497 personnes dans 14 pays.

Face aux nombreux challenges de reprise des cadences des programmes de nos clients, aux gains de nouveaux projets notamment avec Boeing et à notre volonté d'asseoir notre place de numéro 2 mondial, le Directeur des Operations de la branche Systèmes d'Interconnexion souhaite réinvestir sur l'Excellence Operationnelle en complétant son équipe par une fonction Excellence Operationnelle au sein de ses direct reports

Le/La Directeur(rice) de l'Excellence Opérationnelle de la branche IS:

  • Définit et met en œuvre une politique efficiente (routines et KPIs pertinents) d'excellence opérationnelle
  • Challenge le système actuel de management de la performance industrielle, définit les standards et fédère les équipes autour de cet axe dans un contexte de transformation lié à l'augmentation des cadences et le développement de nouveaux clients notamment Boeing et de compétition exacerbée
  • Construit, avec les directeurs de site pour chacun des sites de production et avec les directeurs fonctionnels (Supply Chain, Qualité & Manufacturing Engineering) de la direction des opérations les plans structurels (initiatives de réductions des coûts) qui permettront à la branche IS d'être compétitive et opérationnellement performante ( notamment au travers des matrices Hoshin Kanri) - Les sites de la branche sont situés en France, Mexique, Maroc, Tunisie, Inde pour un effectif de plus de 2000 personnes
  • S'assure de la bonne exécution de tous ces plans
  • Gère le portefeuille d'initiatives, y compris en proposant les arbitrages ressources et CAPEX nécessaires
  • Dans qqes situations, gère des projets clés en s'appuyant sur les ressources de la branche
  • Anime, développe le réseau Lean de la Branche et s'appuit sur une équipe centrale qu'il/elle développe

Vous avez un profil ingénieur, une expérience significative et riche dans l'industrie aeronautique ou automobile sur des produits différents, tenu des fonctions managériales proches des Operations ou vous avez déjà eu des fonctions transversales dans le cadre de l'amélioration continue alors nous sommes faits pour nous rencontrer

Si de surcroit, les principes Lean sont les votres ; si la gestion de projet n'a aucun secret pour vous ; vos compétences de leadership démontrées, si vous êtes à l'aise sur le Gemba pour percevoir les évolutions possibles et les mener à bien en optimisant les couts, si l'international a été votre terrain de jeu alors de cette rencontre nous ferons naître une ambition de voyage en commun.
