**LE POSTE**

En tant qu'OFFICE MANAGER vous occupez une fonction clé dans la société. Vous travaillez en collaboration directe avec la fondatrice et intervenez auprès d'interlocuteurs internes et externes dans différents domaines, notamment:

- Assistanat de la fondatrice
- Programmation des réunions et CR
- Formalisation des procédures internes
- Rédaction des fiches de postes et annonces, intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs
- Participation à la préparation d'événements internes et externes
- Gestion des services généraux

**VOTRE PROFIL**

La variété des missions exige de posséder le sens des priorités, une bonne réactivité et une grande rigueur dans l'organisation.

Vous êtes polyvalent, mener plusieurs dossiers de front dans des domaines divers représente pour vous un challenge motivant.

Vous maitrisez le PackOffice

Vous possédez à mínima un BAC+3 et parlez/écrivez anglais couramment,

Enfin, une expérience d'au moins 3 ans à ce poste (ou en assistanat de direction) représentera un atout décisif
