Today, we’ve partnered with over 1,200 businesses across Portugal, Spain, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Poland, with more than 2,200 contracted locations.

Responsibilities:
En tant que Partnership Success Coordinator, tu auras un poste clé, chargé d’approfondir les partenariats déjà existants avec les retailers afin d’imbriquer nos bornes dans leur activité commerciale. Ton rôle sera dynamique, avec une multitude de fonctions:
- S’assurer de la satisfaction des clients signés, en travaillant étroitement avec l’équipe Opérations
- S’assurer de l’adoption par nos clients, de nos divers outils, pour s’intégrer avec leur activité retail: intégration avec leurs programmes de fidélité, promotions croisées, opérations marketing éphémères sur les bornes pour amener du trafic en magasin
- Designer et lancer des opérations spéciales sur les bornes, en lien avec les événement s de nos clients retailers
- Maximiser notre Net Promoter Score auprès de nos clients
- Récolter le feedback des clients pour alimenter notre roadmap produit et notre discours commercial
- Automatiser au maximum les process ci-dessus
- Identifier les sites sous-performants et proposer des initiatives pour augmenter leur utilisation, conjointement avec le partenaire ou de manière indépendante
- Business development : extension de notre réseau
- Identifier les sites sur lesquels rajouter des bornes et signer des contrats d’extension sur nos sites existants
- Transformer des clients existants en ambassadeurs auprès d’autres prospects
- Coordonner avec le reste de l'équipe de Business Development pour aider à l’atteint e des objectifs de développement commercial
The Candidate we are looking for :
- De formation Bac+5 Ecole de Commerce / d’Ingénieur ou équivalent
- Tu as 2-3 ans d’expérience idéalement en customer success management dans une scale-up B2B en hyper-croissance
- Doté(e) d’une excellente communication écrite et orale, tu sais exposer succinctement un état d’avancement et d’éventuels obstacles, ainsi que expliquer commercialement notre proposition de valeur à un client
- Très bonnes capacités organisationnelles avec le sens des priorités
- Pragmatique, tu ne te perds pas dans les détails et tu sais trouver rapidement une solution simple à un problème
- Avec un fort esprit entrepreneurial, tu as l’autonomie et l’indépendance nécessaires pour prendre des décisions importantes rapidement
- Rigoureux et méthodique, tu sais analyser les performances d’une initiative et prendre les conclusions qui s’imposent
- Doté(e) d’une aisance à l’oral et à l’écrit, tu aimes beaucoup le contact client
- Très bonne gestion du stress, notamment dans des situations de tension avec des clients
- Forte sensibilité commerciale, tu as la créativité et le goût du challenge pour proposer des solutions innovantes et pertinentes aux clients
- Tu as la capacité de bien comprendre notre Business Plan et nos leviers de croissance et de rentabilité, en tant que fonds d’investissement, mais aussi de bien comprendre le business des retailers pour leur proposer des solutions adaptées à leurs besoins
- Appétence et enthousiasme pour la mobilité durable et la volonté de conquérir un marc hé en pleine croissance avec une proposition de valeur disruptive. Une expérience dan s la mobilité électrique est un plus. Si ce n’est pas le cas, nous saurons te faire monter en puissance.
Compte tenu des objectifs de ton poste, tu es disponible pour te déplacer de temps en temps en France.
