At Powerdot, we're accelerating sustainable mobility by investing in, installing, and operating EV chargers with a cutting-edge business model. As our Partnership Success Manager, you'll play a key role in defining the strategy of our Partnership Success division, maintaining relationships with our partners, and growing our commercial relationship with them.
Your responsibilities will include managing a team of Partnership Success Coordinators, working with the Head of Partnerships to co-construct the strategy of the Partnership Success division, and defining and optimizing processes, tools, and campaigns with Marketing and Product teams.
You'll also be responsible for identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities within our existing partner portfolio, ensuring the satisfaction of our partners from onboarding through to renewal, and being our partners' internal ambassador.
Requirements:- 5 years' higher education from a business or engineering school or equivalent
- 2-3 years' experience in a management role as manager of a Customer Success team or Account Managers in a hyper-growth B2B scale-up
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to succinctly explain progress and any obstacles
- Good knowledge of a CRM tool (Hubspot)
- Analytical mind and comfortable with figures
- Excellent organisational skills with a sense of priorities
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, and independence to take important decisions quickly
- Rigorous and agile, able to analyse the performance of an initiative and draw the appropriate conclusions
- Fluent in both spoken and written language and enjoy customer contact
- Ability to understand our business plan and growth and profitability levers, as well as retailers' businesses
- Appetence and enthusiasm for sustainable mobility and the desire to conquer a fast-growing market with a disruptive value proposition
- Good level of English required
