**About the role and the Partnerships team**:
As a Partnerships Manager, you'll be a part of an ambitious team responsible for building an nurturing our partner ecosystem. You'll build close relationships with partners in your region to fuel Teamtailor's revenue growth on a global level.

France is one of our fastest growing markets and we are seeing strong partnerships form in the region, and we have only scratched the surface. You would be the second Partnerships Manager in the region working closely with Isaia-Nils. Your focus will be on building a high performing partner portfolio and taking partnerships in France to the next level. Regardless of partner type you will work to consistently ensure new partner sourced opportunities and work towards mutually beneficial partner collaborations.

You'll be a part of the Partnerships Team which currently has 9 members around the world and you'll work closely with our Head of Partnerships (Gabrielle) and the rest of the team (Matilda, Nate, Isaia-Nils, Rebecca, Joel, Victoria, Janelle and Isla). You will also work very closely with the regional team in France.

**Your key responsibilities will be to**:

- Build and nurture a strong revenue creating portfolio of partners in your region
- Manage and build long-term strategic business relationships to create win-win-win situations
- Lead strategic thinking on how we accelerate our growth through partnerships in your region
- To drive revenue growth through partnerships in France
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to identify and take action on partner needs and growth opportunities
- Co-Develop and maintain the Go-to-market strategy for France
- Own and execute on partner marketing activities within your region

- Well-articulated and a passionate communicator who's fluent in English
