Notre client, société en pleine croissance dans le secteur du Saas, recherche un Pre-sales consutlant (H/F) pour rejoindre ses équipes et soutenir son développement.


Le poste

Au sein de votre équipe et en tant que Pre-sales Consultant, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la croissance continue de notre entreprise dans le secteur du SAAS.


Ainsi, vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Collaborer avec l'équipe commerciale pour mener des sessions de découverte approfondies afin de comprendre les besoins des clients et de construire un retour sur investissement.
  • Développer et exécuter des animations d'essai et des démonstrations avancées / personnalisées qui répondent aux besoins spécifiques des prospects ou des clients en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales ou CSM.
  • Soutenir la réponse aux appels d'offres et aux questionnaires RSSI (sécurité).
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de livraison / produit / CSM pour éviter les incompatibilités et aligner les attentes des clients avec les capacités de notre solution.
  • Jouer un rôle clé dans la démonstration de la valeur des nouvelles fonctionnalités à nos équipes de vente / marketing / CSM / livraison.
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe de marketing produit pour promouvoir les nouvelles fonctionnalités à travers des webinaires, des démonstrations de produits et d'autres canaux marketing.
  • Fournir des recommandations à l'équipe produit basées sur les précieux retours collectés tout au long de votre parcours.
  • Identifier des partenariats stratégiques qui améliorent les capacités techniques de notre plateforme et contribuent à raccourcir le cycle de mise en œuvre.
  • Maintenir et appliquer des connaissances en prévente technique, mise en œuvre de la solution et APIs.

Profil recherché

Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience acquise dans des solutions d'entreprise Saas B2B et vous avez de l'expérience dans les rôles de prévente, de mise en œuvre ou de conseil axés sur les technologies SaaS. Une expérience directe avec des solutions de transport et de chaîne d'approvisionnement est un plus. Vous avez une solide expérience dans la gestion de cycles de vente techniques complexes avec des entreprises mondiales. L'anglais courant est indispensable, une autre langue (allemand) est un plus.
