Enterprise Sales Consultant

As a crucial member of our Field Sales organization at Workday France, you will play a pivotal role in driving new customer growth through a net new revenue focus. Your expertise will guide new customers through a transformation journey, helping them move beyond legacy platforms and adopt a new class of enterprise management cloud.
We prioritize partnering with our customers to craft relevant solutions that deliver long-lasting value. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction from day one and maintain it forever. Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing strategy for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities in assigned territories
• Performing account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment
• Initiating and supporting sales of Workday solutions within Medium Enterprise prospects and sharing Workday value propositions
• Maintaining accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data
Basic Qualifications
• Approximately 8+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field sales position
• Experience negotiating deals with C-Suite Executives to close opportunities
• Experience engaging in a programmatic approach to generate and develop leads within your territory
Other Qualifications
• Proven track record in a high-velocity sales cycle, including prospecting for a portion of opportunities
• Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape of the industry by staying up-to-date with trends and customer needs to effectively position Workday solutions within accounts
• Experience leveraging and partnering with internal team members on account strategies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
