About Us: Manaos is a fintech specializing in ESG, enabling investors to measure the extra-financial impacts of their investments. How? Manaos offers a SaaS platform where investors upload their investment portfolio and choose the ESG data sources they wish to use for analysis. The platform then performs ESG analyses and generates reports, allowing investors to measure their performance and adjust their ESG strategies if needed. Everything is automated and encrypted to ensure a seamless and secure experience.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage and engage with our partner community within the Manaos marketplace, collaborating closely with the sales team.
  • Monitor the ESG agencies and fintech market to identify new opportunities.
  • Understand and keep abreast of clients' regulatory obligations (e.g., SFDR, taxonomy, TCFD).
  • Contribute to defining Manaos's partnership strategy.
  • Oversee the technical integration of partners' datasets and services.


Preferred Experience:



  • Passionate about responsible finance, with a solid understanding of key concepts and the ability to compare ESG agencies' offerings and methodologies.
  • 4 to 10 years of professional experience.
  • Excellent English proficiency, comfortable working with partners and clients worldwide.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Organized and structured, capable of managing relationships with multiple partners while maintaining confidentiality and handling multiple integration projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate partners' value propositions and assess integration opportunities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to identify product development opportunities with our partners and structure projects.


Ideally:



  • Existing network among ESG agencies.
  • Familiarity with contracts between data providers and financial institutions.
  • Regulatory expertise in sustainable finance.
