About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Partner Sales Manager to join our team at Mirakl, a global leader in platform business innovation. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and adoption of our innovative retail media solution, Mirakl Ads.

Job Responsibilities
  • Partner Management: Develop and execute strategic partnerships with top-tier agencies, DSPs, tech partners, and consulting firms to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new partner opportunities to strengthen our ecosystem and enhance our offerings.
  • Executive Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with executive-level decision-makers at our strategic partners.
  • Tech Integration: Collaborate with partners to embed Mirakl's technology into their commerce and digital experience solutions, enhancing our joint value proposition.
  • Revenue Target Management: Set and achieve revenue targets through effective partner engagement and collaboration.
  • Joint Marketing Strategy: Provide strategic direction for joint marketing efforts with Mirakl Marketing, driving tactical campaigns that amplify our joint message.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring 8+ years of proven SaaS partnership/sales/account management experience within the retail media industry. A track record of driving substantial growth in partner relationships is essential, along with the ability to handle multiple tactical items while maintaining a focus on longer-term strategic goals.

You must be a collaborative problem-solver with a team-first mentality, possessing excellent people skills, including managing internal and external clients. Fluency in French is an advantage. Travel will be required for the role approximately 25% of the time.
