Within the fresh Group HR Analytics, Reward & HRIS team of Allianz Trade made up of 9 people, we are looking for an Group HR platform Apprentice (HR Analytics, Reward & HRIS)


THE ROLE


HR ANALYTICS

HR Data Administration :


  • Manual entry of data into SuccessFactors system (Creation of employee, positions…)
  • Global entry of data into Eagle system (load of files, checks…)
  • Ensure the completeness and correspondence checks of data inside these 2 systems

HR Data quality :


  • Perform regular HR Data quality checks
  • Adhoc HR data quality checks on specific set of data
  • Build clear processes to improve HR Data quality in systems globally

HR Reporting :


  • Contribute to the recurring group reporting process (HR Metrics, HR Monthly…)
  • Contribute to the annual group reporting process of Allianz named CSRD (checks, uploads, exchanges…)
  • Group HR recurring reports inside Allianz Trade
  • Adhoc reports from internal stakeholders

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS :


  • Preparing the YEC (Year End Cycle) in collaboration with the team
  • General Checks on Compensation data
  • Help the different local and regional HR with the Compensation tool



PROFILE

Education/Background :

· Preparing a Master degree in 2 years in HR/Data/System

· An experience in an international company is a plus

Hard Skills :

· Fluent in English, any another language is a plus

· Good stand of Excel (Pivot tables, V look up…)

· Knowledge of SAP & Success Factors is an asset but not mandatory

Soft Skills :

· Autonomous and resourceful on the given tasks

· Curious and proactive in the missions discoveries

· Ability to deal with confidential information

· Reliable and taking ownership of their topics
