Nous recherchons actuellement un.e Sales / Business Developer (H/F) pour le secteur HCR (hôtellerie/café/restauration). Vous serez l’un des moteurs de la réussite commerciale de l’entreprise.
Principales Missions :
- Participer à l'acquisition de nouveaux clients : développement et fidélisation d’un portefeuille.
- Prospecter activement par téléphone et sur le terrain.
- Gérer les leads entrants
- Identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales auprès des Directions (RH, Achat..).
- Déployer les partenariats nationaux à travers la France pour nos clients grands comptes.
- Négocier et closer de nouveaux contrats au sein d’entreprises demandant des talents en CDI ou intérim.
- Transmettre les dossiers aux équipes opérationnelles chargées de délivrer la prestation de service.
- S’inscrire dans une logique d'amélioration continue permanente des nos processus et modes de fonctionnement en interne, pour accroître notre performance opérationnelle.
- Gestion de projets : techniques de vente et mise en place de nouveaux process.
Profil recherché :
- Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’une grande école de commerce ou d'ingénieurs.
- Vous avez une expérience sur un poste similaire.
- Vous avez une première expérience (prospection ou terrain) dans le secteur HCR.
- Vous êtes organisé(e) et savez prioriser vos tâches.
- Vous êtes à l’aise à l’oral et aimez participer à des présentations.
- Vous avez un fort intérêt pour le digital.
