Job Summary
Dream Catcher Sales is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Business Developer to join our team. As a Sales Business Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of clients across various industries, with a focus on growing revenue and improving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales strategy for each client type, in collaboration with our sales team.
- Prospect and acquire new clients through phone calls and in-person meetings, presenting our products and services, and negotiating deals to close sales.
- Represent our company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build relationships with clients and prospects.
- Participate in the development of our sales strategy, including marketing, prospecting, networking, and follow-up calls.
- Monitor client activity and respond to any requests or inquiries in a timely manner.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates on the status of ongoing sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
- Strong prospecting and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and prospects.
- Analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and proactivity.
