We are seeking a highly collaborative Director of Regional Field Marketing to spearhead our targeted B2B, data-centric marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset coupled with a strong focus on execution, collaborating closely with sales and customer success teams to foster growth in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulating a detailed marketing strategy for the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with the overarching company goals and marketing objectives.
  • Partnering with both local and global teams to guarantee cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Designing and implementing brand-enhancing initiatives throughout EMEA, maintaining a consistent brand narrative that resonates with our target demographics.
  • Orchestrating a blend of online and offline marketing channels, including webinars, company events, industry conferences, and digital campaigns, to optimize brand visibility.
  • Collaborating with regional teams to launch integrated marketing campaigns, encompassing in-person events, email outreach, webinars, advertisements, and account-based marketing programs.
  • Analyzing market positioning to inform marketing strategies that emphasize our unique value proposition within the region.
  • Tailoring global marketing strategies and developing strategic territory plans aligned with regional sales objectives and targets.
  • Engaging with industry specialists, media representatives, and influencers to promote awareness of Odaseva.
  • Monitoring and evaluating all regional marketing initiatives against key demand metrics, pipeline generation, and identifying primary challenges and priorities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline.
  • Over 12 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in field marketing.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Proficiency in English and French.
  • Preferred Additional Skills:
  • Experience in media relations.
  • Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem.
