We are seeking a skilled Lead Field Marketing Strategist to design and implement effective field marketing initiatives alongside our Iberian and LATAM Sales teams. This role will involve collaborating with Sales to drive revenue, generate leads, and achieve regional objectives. You will work closely with the Marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing campaigns, tailor messaging for local execution, and articulate the market needs of the field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft and implement field marketing strategies that align with regional sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated campaigns and programs, coordinating with local sales teams to establish a sustainable pipeline.
  • Plan, execute, and assess a variety of regional initiatives, including brand activations, partner events, and trade shows (both virtual and in-person).
  • Lead the creation of localized sales and demand enablement materials (such as product videos, one-pagers, presentations, and customer success stories).
  • Evaluate performance metrics and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities to the organization.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B enterprise software or SaaS marketing.
  • Fluent in Spanish, with a proven track record of marketing to Spanish-speaking audiences.
  • Deep understanding of the Iberian and LATAM SMB markets, leveraging marketing strategies effectively.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools like Marketo and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Proven experience in developing comprehensive marketing plans tailored to specific regions.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, coupled with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to think creatively and resourcefully in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
