Vous rejoindrez les équipes Corporate & Institutional Banking IT et Operations (CIB ITO) et plus particulièrement les équipes IT Production dans le cadre de la création d'une nouvelle organisation globale spécialisée sur l'activité Record Keeping
Votre mission est la sante :
- Participer à la création et à la conception des offres de services en fonction de l'expérience client souhaitée et des contraintes imposées par les sponsors
- Maintenir une vision de bout en bout des offres de services, tout au long du cycle de vie
- Assurer un benchmark en termes de besoins et de financements afin d'identifier des opportunités
- Maintenir la roadmap des offres de services
- S'assurer que le modèle opérationnel de chaque offre de service est créé : prérequis, cas d'usage, valeur ajoutée, niveaux d'engagement.
- Construire avec les équipes Finances le modèle de coût / pricing de chaque offre de service
- Organiser régulièrement des sessions de revue des offres de services avec des utilisateurs clés
- Déterminer avec le Product Owner les priorités de la backlog de l'offre de service
- Assurer une bonne collaboration entre les équipes multifonctionnelles.
- Collaborer avec nos régions pour assurer l'homogénéité et l'alignement du catalogue de services à l'international.

Etes-vous notre prochain Record Keeping Offering Manager - H/F ?
Oui, si vous disposez d'un BAC +5 en école d'ingénieur ou équivalent universitaire, avec une spécialisation en informatique.
Vous avez 5 années d'expérience minimum sur les activités Offres dans le domaine Informatique, Opérations et processus, Infrastructures et services.
Vous avez une expérience sur les activités record keeping
Vous avez des connaissances en Marketing opérationnel et infrastructure
Vos capacités de communication, votre orientation client, votre capacité à influencer ainsi que votre Rigueur seront autant d'atouts nécessaires pour réussir sur le poste.
Votre niveau d'anglais et français est opérationnel.
Les prochaines étapes
