Les missions générales du poste :

  • Le manager veille au bon déroulement du service du restaurant, de la bonne tenue du bar et à l''organisation des séminaires
  • Veille à la satisfaction de la clientèle.
  • Il supervise l''ensemble du personnel de salle (en collaboration avec le Directeur F&B et le second maître d''hôtel) et veille au bon respect de la législation.

Activités et tâches relatives au poste :

  • Responsable du bon entretien des équipements et de la propreté des espaces de restauration, de l''hygiène et de la sécurité
  • Entre chaque service, contrôle la mise en place et la propreté des tables et du restaurant
  • Veille à la satisfaction de la clientèle tout au long du service
  • Adopte une attitude commerciale envers la clientèle et a en toute circonstance une attitude professionnelle
  • Responsable du bon déroulement du service
  • Assure l''organisation du service (briefing staff, attribution des tâches)
  • Vérifie l''organisation des groupes et des plans de salle
  • Gère le restaurant pendant le service
  • Assure une bonne communication au sein de l''équipe et de l''établissement (rapport, passage de consignes)
  • Manage l''équipe de restauration et gère en alternance la partie administrative de la fonction (plannings horaires, plannings de congés, écarts de caisse)
  • Est régulièrement sur le terrain et reste disponible pour son équipe
  • Développe les compétences des collaborateurs (intégration, formation, évaluation) et les accompagne dans leur évolution professionnelle
  • Met en place et anime les sessions de formation spécifiquement dédiée au staff du restaurant
  • Responsable de l''ouverture et de la fermeture du restaurant
  • Être force de proposition sur de la mise en place de procédure
