Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to join our team. Moba, founded 5 years ago, develops and markets Moba Certify Pro, an innovative solution dedicated to diagnosing electric vehicle batteries. Our solution is adopted by more than 500 European clients, including industry leaders like Toyota, Stellantis, Arval (BNP Paribas), and Aramisauto. With strong growth, Moba is now the European leader in its market. We are an eco-friendly startup, recognized by labels such as Solar Impulse and Greentech Innovation, and a winner of the France 2030 competition.
Recruitment Context: Since early 2024, market demand for battery diagnostic and certification solutions has been skyrocketing. Automotive distribution, leasing, and remarketing professionals are all looking for reliable and high-performance tools. Moba Certify Pro stands today as the most comprehensive and suitable solution on the market, with limited competition. In this context, it is crucial to increase our presence among key players across Europe and beyond.
Your Responsibilities: As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our portfolio of strategic clients, while working closely with our product and support teams to continuously improve the Moba Certify Pro solution.
- New Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and onboard new key accounts, key players in the automotive sector.
- Responding to Tenders: You will be responsible for drafting and managing responses to tenders.
- Managing Existing Key Accounts: Build trusting relationships with our existing clients by addressing their needs, anticipating their expectations, and helping them optimize their use of our solution.
- Solution Deployment: You will oversee the successful implementation of our solution with clients, ensuring smooth coordination with internal and external teams.
- Product Improvement and Marketing: Working closely with company leadership, the product team, and the support team, you will collect client feedback to suggest functional improvements, optimize their experience with Moba Certify Pro, and contribute to defining new offers.
- Method: You are proficient in using CRM tools effectively and use LinkedIn and associated tools for lead generation.
- Recruitment: You will support the growth of the team by participating in recruiting individuals involved in Moba's business development.
Location: Position based in Paris 3rd district, France. Regular travel within Europe.
Desired Profile
We are looking for a candidate with the following skills:
- Significant experience (minimum 3 years) in strategic account sales in the automotive distribution sector.
- Strong understanding of large account sales dynamics.
- Prospecting Skills: You have a strong appetite for business development and can identify new opportunities with a strategic approach.
- Client Relations and Service: You excel at managing client relationships, with a strong focus on satisfaction and results. You are an excellent communicator and can bring people together.
- Passion for New Technologies and Electric Mobility: You have a keen interest in innovation and the energy transition and are eager to grow in an environmentally impactful startup.
- Team Spirit and Collaboration: You work well in close collaboration with technical and product teams, and have a strong sense of cross-department coordination.
- Excellent command of English is required; additional languages are a plus.
