Poste : Upskills recrute un(e) Sales Development Representative Interne (SDR) pour notre client basé à Orsay (91400)
En tant que moteur de l'activité commerciale, le SDR joue un rôle crucial en étant le premier point de contact avec les futurs clients. Votre mission principale sera d'établir des relations avec les décideurs (grands comptes), comprendre leurs enjeux en matière de Relation Clients et générer des opportunités commerciales. Rattaché(e) directement au Directeur Commercial, vos missions sont les suivantes :
Responsabilités clés :

Identifier les interlocuteurs décisionnaires au sein d'une cible de prospects (ETI, Grands comptes).
- Qualifier l'organisation, les enjeux, les besoins et contraintes des prospects.
- Planifier des rendez-vous avec les dirigeants et membres des directions fonctionnelles.
- Effectuer une veille sur le marché, les métiers et les secteurs d'activité.
- Enrichir et actualiser la base de données sur Sales Force.
Compétences requises :

Savoir-faire : Maîtrise des techniques de prospection et de négociation commerciale, compétences en télémarketing et communication, maîtrise des outils informatiques.
- Savoir-être : Tempérament commercial, aisance relationnelle, autonomie, esprit d'analyse et orientation résultats.
La rémunération est comprise entre 30k EUR et 35k EUR selon le profil.
Possibilité de Télétravail : 1 à 2 jours (après PE)
Localisation : Poste basée à Orsay (91, accessible via RER B)
Cantine d'entreprise, pas de TR.
Mutuel intéressante et remboursement des frais de transport.
Profil : Profil recherché :
Nous recherchons un(e) Sales Development Representative avec les compétences suivantes :
- Expérience : Minimum de 2 ans dans le domaine des ventes B2B.
- Compétences commerciales : Forte capacité à prospecter, convaincre, négocier et conclure des ventes.
- Communication : Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale (cible : personnel de Direction).
- Orienté(e) résultats : Capacité démontrée à atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente.
- Autonomie : Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en maintenant la collaboration avec l'équipe.
- Curiosité économique : Avoir de l'intérêt pour la vie économique des entreprises.
