Poste : Missions :
* Participer à des projets à différents niveaux, en tant que Responsable de Projet ou membre d'une équipe de projet,
* Recommander des matériaux ou des formulations chimiques adaptés aux projets d'innovation et à d'autres activités liées aux matériaux, telles que la rationalisation des matériaux et l'amélioration de la qualité,
* Diriger le développement de matériaux nouveaux et existants en étroite coopération avec les fournisseurs et les parties prenantes internes,
* Initier et diriger des activités de développement de matériaux afin de proposer des solutions nouvelles et innovantes pour les programmes de R&D et d'améliorer l'état de préparation pour les futurs projets d'innovation,
* Développer et maintenir une compétence large et approfondie pour son domaine,
* Travailler activement sur les brevets de nouvelles solutions matérielles et participer aux équipes de surveillance des brevets,
* Posséder et établir les spécifications des matériaux en phase de développement pour son domaine.
Profil : De formation supérieure Bac +5 minimum avec une spécialisation en chimie ou pharmacie ou cosmétique, vous avez une solide connaissance des formulations cosmétiques et/ou de la chimie des surfaces.
Vous disposez d'une expérience dans le domaine de la formulation chimique ainsi que des produits, idéalement 5 ans minimum en R&D et en gestion d'équipe.
Vous avez une bonne compréhension du processus de développement de matériaux et de produits, depuis la connaissance des consommateurs jusqu'au lancement, y compris une expérience en gestion de projet.
Capacité à diriger, impliquer et influencer les autres - en interne comme en externe.
