Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients grands comptes, un(e) Middle-Office en Private Capital qui sera situé au sein de l'entité des fonds FIA, qui fournit l'analyse sur les fonds pour les Asset Manager et Investisseurs.
Pour cette prestation, vous serez amené à :
- Gérer un portefeuille de fonds, en contact direct avec les investisseurs ;
- Produire et envoyer des notices d'appels et de distributions aux investisseurs ;
- Suivre et calculer la performance des fonds ;
- Contrôler la NAV ;
- Calculer les provisions de frais et intérêts d'instruments ;
- Établir des états financiers et suivre l'audit des commissaires aux comptes ;
- Analyser les documents juridiques liés aux opérations des fonds (actifs/passifs).
Votre profil :
- Vous avez une première expérience en société de gestion ou banque dépositaire en Private Capital ;
- Vous avez de bonnes connaissances sur les fonds FIA (fonds d'investissement alternatif) ;
- Vous parlez anglais couramment.
