Vos missions

En tant qu’ingénieur projet et expert PMO, votre rôle sera de comprendre les challenges spécifiques liés à votre environnement, de donner de la capacité d’anticipation à votre client, et de proposer des solutions adaptées au projet. Vous serez orienté services, résultats, et satisfaction client.



Vos principaux challenges seront les suivants :

· Structurer un projet dès le démarrage (WBS, plan de management de projet…) ;

· Planifier et gérer le projet, en transversalité, à travers les aspects coûts, délais et qualité, en élaborant et optimisant les plannings projet ;

· Gérer les parties prenantes via une communication régulière et adaptée, notamment dans le cadre de la remontée des points critiques vers la direction projet ;

· Elaborer des supports de présentation et de pilotage pour l’animation des réunions d’avancement projet ou programme ;

· Animer les reportings projets en pilotant les différents indicateurs de performance, être capable de traiter des bases de données et de rendre leur analyse visuelle (Power BI, Data visualisation) ;

· Analyser les écarts et dérives projet, pour proposer des plans d’actions correctifs ;

· Identifier les Risques & Opportunités, en déduire leurs potentiels impacts sur le projet et mettre en place des stratégies de réponse.

Le métier d’ingénieur projet/PMO vous demandera des capacités d’adaptation élevées, un sens du service développé et un professionnalisme de haute qualité.


Dans ce cadre-là, votre profil correspond-il à ces critères ?

· Vous êtes diplomé(e) d’un BAC+5, d’une formation ingénieur, ou master/master spécialisé

· Vous justifiez d’une première expérience en gestion de projet, dans un environnement industriel

· Vous maîtrisez l’anglais et le français

· Vous êtes doté d’un très bon relationnel et souhaitez apporter de la valeur ajoutée dans tout ce que vous entreprenez

· Vous êtes reconnu pour votre leadership, votre esprit de synthèse

· Vous savez faire preuve de polyvalence et de curiosité
