Position Overview:
VLGE is seeking a creative and dynamic Business Developer / Sales Executive who excels in problem-solving and thrives in a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by managing relationships with new and existing partners through high-touch networking, lead generation, and market research. This role will also oversee the proposal process and ensure exceptional customer service while providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proposal Management: Lead the entire proposal process by identifying customer needs, developing win themes, and delivering complete, tailored proposals.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed of industry trends, assess the competitive landscape, and track key developments to support strategic decision-making.
- Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing partners through networking, lead generation, and proactive communication.
- Customer Service & Communication: Provide top-tier customer service, ensuring smooth communication and addressing partner needs effectively.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, helping to streamline internal processes and keep sales operations efficient.
- Data Management: Maintain and organize CRM databases, ensuring data integrity and optimizing processes for tracking leads and client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to present ideas and solutions clearly.
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational abilities and a talent for managing multiple priorities.
- Team Collaboration: Strong team player who enjoys creative problem-solving and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with SaaS platforms and eager to learn about immersive technologies, including VR, AR, and AI-driven 3D worlds.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SaaS sales, immersive technology, or AI-driven software.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and experience managing sales data.
- Familiarity with virtual and augmented reality, or 3D environments, is a plus.
- A demonstrated ability to generate leads and build long-term partnerships.
