Position: Lead of Business Development

HC: 1

Location: France


Job responsibilities:

Lead the business development team, organize team building and training according to the company's development requirements, be responsible for team goal management, and support the achievement of business development goals.

Responsible for implementing and achieving business development targets, developing business development strategies and project development goals based on market conditions, and ensuring the completion of targets;

Conduct research and feedback of local market and competitors immediately, identify issues and opportunities of local market, analyze and formulate corresponding action plans;

Responsible for local market development, maintenance, and management, and lay down project development policies;

Responsible for the truthful and reasonable of various expenses in the branch, effectively controlling the cost of expenses, and make our projects be sold at a better IRR;

Lead the technical team;

Monitor monthly AR and APinvoice with the Finance team to ensure timely payment and receipt.

Other daily management work.


Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of solar project development experience, 3 years project development experience with an international major/reputable development/EPC company.

Working proficient English skill required. Excellent written and verbal communication both French and English.

Comfortable for frequent business trips, with a positive and enthusiastic work attitude.

Previous experience of power plant(both Ground as well as Rooftop) identification and acquisition.

Previous experience in fostering landowner relationships, negotiation of landowner agreements and strong understanding of planning processes and grid connection processes.

Awareness and understanding of economic, regulatory and demographic factors which impact upon C&I project development search areas, development activities, commercial drivers, and financing requirements.

Bachelor degree and above, preferred majors include electrical engineering, civil engineering, business administration, finance/investment; or equivalent experience in project development.
