Founded to empower IT and engineering freelancers, Hightekers handles all administrative management, allowing freelancers to focus on what they do best. Our innovative digital platform ensures freelancers can manage documents and information effortlessly while connecting with a global network of like-minded professionals.


We are currently looking for a Business Development Specialist to drive Hightekers' growth in the B2C French market. This role focuses on building and strengthening relationships with freelancers within the Engineering and IT sectors, expanding our reach and fostering a strong presence across France.


Your Responsibilities in this role:

  1. Sales and Advisory: Promote and sell Hightekers’ innovative services to freelancers in the Engineering and IT industry.
  2. Sales Strategy Support: Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive new customer acquisition.
  3. Prospect Development: Build and maintain a portfolio of prospects through channels such as Sales Navigator and networking, ensuring consistent follow-up.
  4. Full Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
  5. Solution Analysis: Analyze client needs to offer tailored solutions that address their unique requirements.
  6. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms with clients to close deals effectively.
  7. Portfolio Management: Build and manage a client portfolio across assigned regions, focusing on relationship building and retention.
  8. Internal Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure service alignment and deliver a seamless client experience.
  9. Event Participation: Represent Hightekers at online and offline events to strengthen our market presence.
  10. Consultant Experience: Ensure a high-quality experience for consultants, enhancing Hightekers’ reputation in the B2C landscape.



What you bring to the role and the team:


Required:

  1. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  2. 3+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development within a B2C environment.
  3. Background in a related industry (e.g., umbrella, EOR, recruitment agency).
  4. Proficient in CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  5. Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Strong can-do attitude, sales-driven, with effective time management skills.
  7. Strong negotiation skills and a collaborative team spirit.
  8. Analytical experience analyzing personal sales performance, conversion rates and market insights.


Valued:

  1. Fluency in other European languages (e.g., Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, Dutch).
