Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect (15+) specializing in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological advancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Leadership: Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture for PLM, Manufacturing, and AEM systems.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define the architectural vision and roadmap.
- Solution Design: Design scalable and robust solutions that integrate PLM, Manufacturing, and AEM platforms.
- Technology Integration: Ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing systems.
- Governance: Establish and enforce architectural standards and best practices.
- Project Management: Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business units, IT teams, and external partners to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in enterprise architecture, with a focus on PLM, Manufacturing, and AEM.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in PLM systems (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and AEM.
- Leadership: Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications: TOGAF, ITIL, or similar certifications.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and digital transformation.
Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile and DevOps practices
French language Mandatory.
