Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated professional with exceptional energy, enthusiasm, and initiative for driving new business growth. The Senior Enterprise Account Executive role is centered on crafting and implementing a sales strategy within a designated territory, aimed at achieving revenue enhancement and acquiring new clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities
  • Strategically engage with CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end users
  • Establish strong and effective relationships that lead to growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with our Solution Architects and closely work with the Professional Services team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Partner with enterprise ecosystem sales and channel partners to maximize deal sizes
  • Participate in comprehensive sales enablement training, including our Sales Bootcamp and advanced leadership development programs

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of field experience in a quota-carrying role within a dynamic and competitive environment
  • Ability to develop strategies for prioritizing, targeting, and closing significant opportunities in the assigned territory
  • A proven history of exceeding sales targets and achieving results
  • Capability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
  • Expertise in building relationships with business champions
  • Highly driven and competitive, with a strong desire for success
  • Fluency in English

Preferred Attributes

  • Passionate about advancing your career in the expansive software market (database)
  • Experience with Sales Methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales)
  • Familiarity with databases, development, and open-source technologies is a plus
