Nous recherchons un(e) Area Manager motivé(e) et orienté(e) résultats pour superviser et accompagner les équipes d’un réseau de points de vente répartis sur le territoire Français.
Vos missions :
- Développer la performance commerciale : analyser les KPI, mettre en place des plans d’action adaptés, et garantir l’atteinte des objectifs de chiffre d’affaires et de rentabilité.
- Manager et motiver les équipes : recruter, former, et accompagner les responsables de magasins dans leur développement pour maximiser leur potentiel.
- Piloter l’excellence opérationnelle : s’assurer de l’application des process, des standards de merchandising et de la bonne gestion quotidienne des magasins (stocks, caisses, plannings).
- Gestion financière et opérationnelle des magasins : Optimisation des couts de structure grâce à des mesures adaptées et coordination des projets d’expansion et de transformation (ouvertures, rénovations etc.)
- Être garant(e) de la satisfaction client : impulser une culture centrée sur le client et veiller à maintenir un haut niveau de service dans chaque point de vente.
- Représenter la marque sur le terrain : être un ambassadeur/une ambassadrice des valeurs de l’entreprise, remonter les retours terrain et contribuer à des initiatives stratégiques.
Profil recherché :
- Leadership naturel, excellent relationnel et sens du terrain.
- Forte capacité d’analyse, d’adaptation, et appétence pour les défis commerciaux.
- Disponibilité pour des déplacements réguliers sur votre secteur.
- Expérience d’ouvertures de point de vente, et de management de points de vente établis.
- Connaissance des KPI’s de suivi du pilotage d’un point de vente.
- Forte orientation résultats et atteintes des objectifs.
