We are seeking a skilled Sales Area Development Manager to join our team at MG Motor France. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales management, negotiation, and team leadership.

About the Role

This is a key position responsible for driving sales growth in France. You will work closely with distributors, sales teams, and other stakeholders to achieve targets and build strong business relationships.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed annual targets;
  • Negotiate sales targets with distributors and manage their performance;
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales professionals;
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product development;
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely invoicing and payment;
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and customers;
