Sr Sales Manager

As a Sr Sales Manager for Kudelski Security, your mission will be to grow sales in the Swiss German region by working strategically and coming up with ways to help your clients improve their Cybersecurity posture through consulting, technology, managed services and innovation. You need to understand the business and IT strategy of your prospects and drive positive outcomes for your clients.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Work transversally with the KS leadership team to enhance collaboration and business opportunities
- Efficiently manage all aspects of your territory’s long-term success parameters
- Be your customers' number 1 advocate within KS and ensure their needs are met
- Increase Kudelski Security’s Brand awareness in Paris area and France
- Drive Growth in revenue and margin by leveraging Services, Technology, and Innovation
- Engage the Technology Partners of KS on your territory to create synergies and increase your sales pipeline
- Proactively hunt for opportunities with prospects and technological partners, and manage relationship with existing customers
- Build solutions for your client that include advisory, managed security services, and Innovation, leveraging the complete KS portfolio
This role involves:
- Outstanding sales skills and customers focused
- Good strategic selling skills, mastering standard sales methodology like MEDDICC or Miller Heiman
- Organizational skills
- Continuously hunting for new clients to increase your portfolio
- Managing clients throughout the lifecycle of their Cybersecurity strategy
- Providing accurate forecasting through impeccable use of the CRM so that sales metrics and customer information is kept up to date.
- Consistently deepening your expertise in Kudelski Security products and solutions
- Very strong focus on Total Customer Experience (TCE) with the ability to orchestrate all the delivery departments of KS in your region (MDR, Advisory,..)

You have:
- Demonstrated success in achieving million-plus Euro target in consultative IT Solution and Services sales with IT executives CISO's and their chain of command
- Proven ability to systematically develop territory and account plans, drive new leads and business opportunities, and close business within your territory
- Advanced Engineering or Business Degree
- Native French, fluent English
