Quelles sont les missions ?

En tant que membre clé de notre équipe commerciale, vos missions sont :

* Prospection auprès des DRH et/ou Direction Générale des "non-membres" pour les convertir en "membres" ainsi que des entreprises
à l'international : Europe, India, Middle East et South East
* Gestion des comptes clients
* Gestion du cycle de vente de A à Z accompagné du directeur académique pour construire la négociation et le closing
* Gestion des apporteurs d'affaires
* Participation à la construction des offres et des programmes
* Être le support de la Directrice Commerciale pour les congrès marketing
* Participation ou création d'événements

Quel est le profil idéal ?

* Un profil avec un tempérament de chasseur, vous capitalisez sur une expérience commerciale réussie d'au moins 3 ans, idéalement
dans la vente de formation ou au sein d'un acteur de l'Executive Education. Grâce à ce parcours, la conquête et l'activation de
différents leviers de croissance n'ont plus aucun secret pour vous.

* Un profil proactif et force de proposition, vous participerez activement à notre projet audacieux qui mise sur l'excellence et
la collaboration. Vous n'hésiterez pas à apporter vos idées et prendre des initiatives pour co-construire le pôle en anticipant
les besoins et les enjeux auxquels nous répondons.

* Votre détermination se fera également sentir lorsque vous interagissez avec les clients nn leur apportant votre vision
stratégique et votre esprit entrepreneurial, vous serez capable d'aider les membres et non-membres à se projeter dans de
nouveaux programmes. D'ailleurs, vous ferez preuve d'un excellent niveau de discours et d'une grande agilité pour convaincre
des interlocuteurs de haut niveau.

Par ailleurs, il est indispensable que vous maîtrisiez la langue officielle de notre communauté : l'anglais
