Sales and Business Development

  • Proactively manage and grow existing client relationships to maximize revenue.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet market demands and client needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential clients.
Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing high-quality service and support.
  • Understand client needs and tailor transaction banking solutions accordingly.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Organize client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Provide ongoing client education and updates on transaction banking products and services.
Product Knowledge and Expertise
  • Stay updated on the latest transaction banking products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
  • Provide clients with detailed information and advice on transaction banking solutions.
  • Collaborate with product teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams on transaction banking products.
Collaboration and Teamwork
  • Work closely with relationship managers, product teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales materials and promotional campaigns.
  • Participate in cross-functional team projects to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with operations and compliance teams to ensure smooth implementation of transaction banking solutions.
Reporting and Analysis
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Monitor client transactions and performance to ensure alignment with sales goals.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for product enhancements based on client interactions and market analysis.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in transaction banking sales or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of transaction banking products and services (e.g., cash management, trade finance).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
