Communication :

Tu seras amené.e à créer des vidéos pour le compte de nos clients (via notre outil sur lequel tu seras formé(e))Tu participeras au selfcare client en rédigeant et créant des contenus visant à guider nos clients dans l'utilisation de l'outil Tu assureras la communication fluide entre les équipes techniques et les équipes CustomerEnfin, tu proposeras des pistes d'optimisation de l'outil, en lien avec les équipes produits. Tu es la voix du client en interne
