CooperSurgical is a leading company dedicated to women's healthcare and fertility solutions. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Agent based in Paris, France.
As a Customer Experience Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their satisfaction and building strong relationships. You will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and support across various aspects of our operations.
Responsibilities:- Manage sales orders efficiently and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
- Handle customer complaints and return orders promptly and professionally, striving for resolution.
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a courteous and knowledgeable manner, providing clear and concise information.
- Support the Finance department with invoicing tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide administrative support to the team, contributing to smooth daily operations.
- Be prepared to assist all Customer Service Representatives during peak periods, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service role within a business environment.
- Proven experience working with ERP and CRM systems.
- Fluency in both French and English is essential for effective communication with our diverse customer base.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and honest approach to work, demonstrating integrity and commitment to excellence.
