Role Overview

As part of our robust growth in Europe, Energy One is seeking a Support Analyst for our subsidiary based in Paris.

In this role, you will be an integral member of the Customer Success team, providing application support to our clients across the UK and Europe. Your primary responsibility will be to manage first-line support, triaging and analyzing incoming tickets, and either resolving them or escalating them to the appropriate teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage newly submitted support tickets, ensuring sufficient information is available to troubleshoot customer inquiries and issues.
  • Analyze and resolve tickets utilizing your technical skills and product training.
  • Maintain ticket queues, ensuring they are updated with progress.
  • Report product issues to internal development and quality assurance teams, ensuring defects are clearly understood and resolved appropriately.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of internal knowledge base documentation, ensuring effective knowledge sharing.
  • Assist with customer communications regarding system maintenance and incident updates.
  • Participate in the team’s on-call duty.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with an understanding of business processes and their integration into our eZ-Ops solution.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a keen interest in customer relations.
  • A proactive approach to providing solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Interest in energy markets; knowledge of these markets is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with customer support standards and processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and French is essential; fluency in additional languages is a bonus.
