Quelles sont les missions ?

Principales responsabilités :

* Développement des ventes : Élaborer et mettre en oeuvre un plan stratégique de vente pour les solutions de stockage d'énergie C&I, en se concentrant sur la pénétration du marché et la croissance du CA en Europe,
* Engagement client : Identifier les clients potentiels, y compris les bureaux d'études, les EPC (entreprises d'ingénierie, de fourniture et de construction) et les installateurs,
* Détection d'opportunités : Identifier et développer de manière proactive de nouvelles opportunités commerciales sur le marché du stockage d'énergie C&I,
* Renforcement des relations : Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les principaux clients et parties prenantes pour assurer leur satisfaction et favoriser des partenariats à long terme,
* Analyse du marché : Mener des analyses approfondies du marché pour rester informé des tendances de l'industrie, des activités des concurrents et des nouvelles opportunités émergentes,
* Collaboration technique : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques et d'ingénierie en Europe et en Chine pour garantir que les solutions répondent aux besoins des clients et aux spécifications des projets,
* Gestion de projet : Superviser le développement et la mise en oeuvre des projets, en veillant à la livraison en temps voulu et au respect des normes de qualité.

Quel est le profil idéal ?

Formation Bac+5 minimum dans un domaine commercial, marketing ou technique,
* Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en développement commercial ou en ventes dans le secteur du stockage d'énergie C&I,
* Idéalement le candidat a de l'expérience chez un développeur de projet C&I ou un fabricant de stockage C&I/EPC,
* Excellentes compétences relationnelles et communicationnelles,
* Capacité à identifier et à saisir des opportunités commerciales,
* Solides compétences en négociation et en vente,
* Autonomie et esprit d'initiative.
